How can I receive free shipping in Canada?
To qualify for the free ground-shipping, your total purchase must be greater than $39 before taxes and environmental fees, excluding gift cards. The purchase of gift cards does not count towards the minimum $39 purchase requirement. Additional charges are attached to Express/Air and Special Delivery. Products ordered online also may be picked up at Future Shops's retail stores.
Can I exchange or receive a refund for my purchase?
You'll receive a full refund for most products returned within 30 days. Computers hardware, camcorders, digital cameras, portable DVD plays and air conditioners must be returned within 14 days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an item is defective or there was an error in shipment.
What forms of payment does Future Shop accept?
You can pay using a Future Shop gift card or Future Shop credit card, as well as VISA, Mastercard and American Express cards issued from both Canadian and American financial institutions.
How do they deliver oversized items?
Items weighing more than 30kg (66lb) in shipping weight will be delivered via Purolator Courier, due to Canada Post weight restrictions. Some items over a certain weight or size (larger TVs, major appliances) will be considered for Special Delivery.
