ChicStar's inventory is continually growing, and includes a range of women's clothing for everyday and the workplace, as well as club wear and evening clothing in petite, standard and plus sizes.

Does ChicStar offer free shipping?
Retail orders are charged an $8 shipping fee for orders up to $100 and are free for orders above $100. Wholesale orders are charged $10 for up to $200 and are free for orders over $200. You are responsible for applicable taxes and duty fees upon receipt of your order. Use a Chic Star free shipping code for free shipping in the United States. 

When will my shipment arrive?
Orders placed online by 8 pm Eastern Time will usually be shipped the next business day. Most items should arrive in 4-5 days via priority mail.

What is ChicStar's return policy?
Returned orders must be shipped within 30 days of receipt in new condition (in original fold and wrapping with barcode) and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and buyer pays shipping cost for return. ChicStar charges a $5 restock fee for each returned item.

Can I make changes to my order?
Due to ChicSar's efforts to ensure you receive orders as quickly and accurately as possible, they do not accept cancellations or make changes to your order after placement.
